Welcome!

This year at your school, your student will be participating in the Fitness for Kids Challenge! This program is FREE to your school and encourage students to become healthy and active while aligning with their required academic curriculum. The Challenge encourages healthy eating, getting enough sleep, physical activity, limiting screentime and sugary drinks, along with emphasizing good mental health practices such as emotional awareness, friendship building, and goal-setting.

You play an important role in helping to support your kids in living a healthy lifestyle at home. Help keep the momentum going from our programs with the help of the fun activities we've provided below! Come up with your own activities or use the 9-5-2-1-0 + YOU goals to inspire you!
