Fitness for Kids Cheer Challenge: This 2-day event is open to all levels of cheer and dance and will be held on November 16 & 17.
You’re invited to take the Challenge! Follow along with Jake, Tara, Rachel, Marco and Emily – they’ll show you their favorite activities and the healthy things they like to eat, so you can be your healthiest, too. Pick up weekly challenges from your teacher to get started!
